Before founding CARCH Solutions, Carlos spent a decade at Amazon, rising to senior leadership in the Global Fleet & Products division, the largest last-mile operation in the company's history: roughly 174,000 vehicles globally across 534 stations. His fleet team made Florida the #1 vehicle-uptime region in the country, while also helping scale Amazon's Last Mile Rental program from zero to 25,000 vehicles nationwide.
Carlos also brings executive leadership experience from the aerospace and healthcare industries, and an entrepreneur's understanding of how to manage problems and scale solutions, whatever the size of your business.
